My Approach to Training

Adapting to the needs and cultures of participants
For each individual seminar a design is specially developed based on the agreed objectives.

Depending on which methods are most suitable to achieve these objectives with the target group,
the training comprises a mix of:

  • Trainer input and feedback
  • Exercises
  • Plenary discussions
  • Physically challenging and non-physical analogies
  • Close-to-job and on-the-job tasks
  • Individual work
  • Psychometrics, e.g. MBTI, Insights Discovery, TKI, FIRO-B, OPQ32
  • "Homework" assignments between training modules

I design the seminars and workshops to be as interactive and lively as possible. This has a positive effect on behavioural change and retention rate.

Comprehensive course material and complete documentation of the training or workshop results are supplied.

Following the training or workshop, the client receives a debriefing comprising feedback from the participants and a review of achieved results.

My policy is to insure that confidentiality with respect to individual participants is maintained and that any information regarding the organisation is treated as highly confidential.
