Cross-cultural Training

The countries I have worked in

International diversity often creates higher complexity, e.g. culture and language issues, diverging targets and priorities and limited opportunities for face-to-face communication. The seminar explores practical solutions to reduce the potential for misunderstanding and to utilize diversity.

My own cross-cultural life is a helpful backdrop for this kind of training: I am a Brit based in Germany married to an Indonesian of Chinese origin. I can look back to a broad personal exposure to cross-cultural challenges and have worked in more than 30 countries in Europe, Asia-Pacific, Arabia and North America. Customers have been mostly international businesses with multi-cultural and mono-cultural groups.
