My leadership training is based on a mix of own research within the organization, e.g. ongoing topics, available tools such as strategy papers, competency models, etc as well as contemporary scientific research, e.g. the six leadership styles identified in the GLOBE study.
My focus is then to develop and train really practical tools and processes with participants to make them more successful. I have been training international leaders in multi-modular programs in Asia, Arabia, Europe and USA.
Leadership is a very complex topic and seminars need to focus on a selection of specific sub-topics, e.g. adapting leadership style to staff needs and expectations, developing staff, motivating staff, target agreement processes, feedback, discussion guidelines, meetings, change, etc.
Seminars are individually designed to adapt to the needs of the organization and the participants. The content can be geared to specific cultures and the level of leadership, i.e. leading an individual, a team or a whole unit.
